Ms. Pfeiffer was raised in eastern Oregon and attended Oregon State University, graduating in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science. While at Oregon State, she joined Kappa Delta Sorority. She earned a Master of Arts from Webster University in 1983 completing a two year program in one year while serving as an Officer in the US Army. Ms. Pfeiffer received her Juris Doctorate from Regent University School of Law where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. While at Regent, she served on the Law Review and had her article published.
After graduating from Regent, Ms. Pfeiffer attended Georgetown University School of Law earning a Master of Law. She graduated with distinction and completed the two year program in one year. Ms. Pfeiffer has been licensed to practice in Virginia since 1997. She is admitted to all Virginia State Courts, Eastern District of Virginia Federal Court and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
