Nicholas J. Cochran was born in Southern California and is an alumnus of Western State University College of Law. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and received many American Jurisprudence and Witkin awards. He was a member of the Western State University Law Review and his published article, Fore! American Golf Corporation v. Superior Court: the Continued Uneven Application of California’s Flawed Doctrine of Assumption of Risk has twice been cited by the California Supreme Court.
