Mr. Dignon earned a Bachelors of Science in 1984 from the State University of New York College at Fredonia and a JD from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1995. He began practicing law in Delaware in 1997, and has continued to focus his practice on the area ofconsumer bankruptcy law since 1999. From 2003 through 2007 he served Delaware bankruptcy counsel and Delaware resident associate for an east coast regional foreclosure firm giving Mr. Dignon significant insight into the behavior of large institutional lenders. Insight not possessed by other practitioners who have not represented large lenders. Mr. Dignon has served personal bankruptcy clients as a solo practitioner for 14 years.
