Boyd O. Wiggam, a Wyoming native, was raised on a farm in Eastern Laramie County and graduated from Burns High School. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wyoming College of Agriculture; attended graduate school in the Community and Regional Planning program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he was recognized by the Tau Sigma Delta Honor Society in Architecture and Allied Arts for distinction in design; and finally earned his law degree from the College of William & Mary in Virginia. Wiggam’s diverse work experience includes previous practice in bankruptcy, immigration, civil litigation and as a general practice attorney in both Virginia and in Cheyenne.
