Enter the UpRight Leadership Development Program (LDP). LDP is a one-year program within UpRight University that covers sales, marketing, service, leadership and more. Participating employees learn our business from end to end, preparing them to step into various positions as the company expands.
Several people have already started, and in June we’ll have a fresh group of college graduates entering the program. We’re looking forward to helping our employees grow and empowering them to help grow our business as we expand our reach and offer access to justice to more Americans.
